What we collect

• Verification data (creators and depicted persons): government ID, age and consent records.
• Transaction data: purchase history. Card data is processed by payment processors and not stored by Segredy.
• Usage data: device, log and cookie data.

How we use it

To provide the Services, verify age and identity, process payments, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, with consent, send marketing.

Sharing

With payment processors, verification providers, hosting and service providers under contract, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls on a least-privilege basis, and restricted access to verification records.

Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the Services and legal obligations, including record-keeping required by 18 U.S.C. §2257.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing. Contact us to make a request.

Children

The Services are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
