1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of Segredy's platform and services ("Services"), including creator websites operated by Segredy. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). Creators must complete identity and age verification before activation.

3. Creator accounts

Creators and agencies are responsible for their content, team members and seats. Creators must hold all rights to content they publish and maintain consent and verification for every person depicted.

4. Content standards

All content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and is reviewed before publication. We may refuse, remove or restrict content at our discretion.

5. Fans and purchases

Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence to view content. Redistribution is prohibited. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation is available at any time from the account page.

6. Payments, refunds and chargebacks

Payments are handled by third-party processors. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

7. Fees

Creators pay processing and platform fees as set out in their agreement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Segredy's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
